How it works
From ticket to counter, in four steps.
The flow combines a physical QR ticket with continuous BLE presence verification, so the live queue view is only ever available to participants who are actually nearby.

Take a physical ticket
The kiosk issues a printed ticket with a unique QR code and a sequential queue number — proof of place in line.

Scan the QR on your phone
The phone browser opens a digital ticket view — no app install, no account required for queue participants.

Stay inside the service area
ESP32 BLE beacons broadcast continuously. The phone's RSSI reading is checked against a calibrated geofence threshold.

Monitor your place live
The live queue monitor opens only while presence is verified. Leave the area and the view locks until you return.
Presence-gating loop: the system rechecks BLE proximity periodically. A participant who leaves the geofence loses the live view automatically and regains it on return — discouraging participants from straying far enough to miss their turn.
